Except where noted all events are open to the public.

Public Parking is available daily from 3:30pm to Closing. Our parking attendants are volunteers from the Bay County Sheriff's Office Junior Deputy and Explorer Program and 100% of any voluntary parking contribution you wish to make goes to support their organization.

Event Hours are 5:30pm-10:00pm Wednesday through Saturday.

Wednesday, July 15th
12:00pm-8:00pm	Tournament Team Check-In at the Marina Office
Thursday, July 16th
8:00am-5:00pm	Tournament Team Check-In at the Marina Office
5:30pm-6:00pm	PRIVATE-Mandatory Captain's Meeting in the Spanish Moss Room at the Bay Point Marriott. LOCATION
6:00pm-8:00pm	PRIVATE-Kickoff Party in the St. Andrews Ballroom at the Bay Point Marriott. LOCATION
6:00pm-10:30pm	Festival on the Docks! We'll have plenty of Food, Shopping, Art and Live Entertainment!
6:00pm-8:00pm	Live Music on the Main Stage.
8:00pm	Presentation of the Arms and Colors by the J.R. Arnold Navy JR ROTC Honor Guards and singing of the Star Spangle Banner.
about 9:30pm	Firing of the Cannon and our Traditional Boat Parade.
8:30pm-10:30pm	Live Music on the Main Stage.
about 10:00pm	Official start of the tournament as signaled by flare gun at the mouth of St. Andrews Pass.
10:00pm-Closing	Keep the Party going at Lime's Bayside Grill & Restaurant on the Grand Lagoon.
Friday, July 17th
11:30pm-6:00pm	The Al Hubbard Kids Fishing Experience. More Information & Schedule of Events
5:30pm-10:00pm	Festival on the Docks! We'll have plenty of Food, Shopping, Art and Live Entertainment!
6:00pm-10:00pm	PRIVATE-VIP/Sponsor Area Open Adjacent to the Weigh-In Area.
5:30pm-10:00pm	Live Music on the Main Stage.
5:00pm-6:00pm	Al Hubbard Kids Fishing Experience Weigh-In.
6:00pm-10:00pm	40/40 Shootout Weigh-In.
6:00pm-11:00pm	Billfish Invitational Weigh-In with Host WJHG-TV Sports Director Scott Rossman. Instant Results Posted on Big Screen JumboTron. Special Awards for Friday Night!
Saturday, July 18th
5:30pm-10:00pm	Festival on the Docks! We'll have plenty of Food, Shopping, Art and Live Entertainment!
6:00pm-10:00pm	PRIVATE-VIP/Sponsor Area Open Adjacent to the Weigh-In Area.
5:30pm-10:00pm	Live Music on the Main Stage.
6:00pm-10:00pm	Weigh-Ins with Host WJHG-TV Sports Director Scott Rossman. Release Videos and Instant Results Posted on Big Screen JumboTron.

Sunday, July 19th
9:00am-11:00am	PRIVATE-Awards Celebration at Marriott�s Bay Point Resort in the Grand Lagoon Ballroom.
12:00pm	Fleet departs and Tournament officially concludes.
