Tournament Entry Forms
• Tournament RSVP
Use this form to RSVP to your Invitation and secure your place in the tournament. Return it with your Team Contact information, Boat Name and Payment.
• Boat, Crew and Angler Registration
Use this form to finalize your registration in the Bay Point Invitational Billfish Tournament, enter and pay for Optional Entries, order Shirts and T-shirts and give us details about your boat, crew and anglers. This form must be completed. Changes to the information may be made during check-in at the event.
• Optional Entries
Use this form to enter and pay for Optional Entry categories separately from the Registration form. Entering the Optionals can be done at any time, both before the tournament and at Registration. You don't have to enter them all at one time—you can enter some now and some later. But remember, at Registration we cannot accept personal checks, but will accept cash (USD), Cashier's Checks made payable to the Bay Point Billfish Tournament, Travelers Checks and Credit Cards.
• Boat, Crew and Angler Background
Use this form to provide some background information about your team. This information is given to the emcee so he can tell the crowd a little about your team as you come in to weigh your fish or turn in your release videos.
Merchandise Order Forms
• Participant Shirts and T-Shirts
Use this form to order your Official Tournament Shirts and T-Shirts. Your team receives 6 free shirts and 6 free t-shirts, but you should fill out and return this form in order to secure the sizes you want. You can also use this form to order and pay for additional shirts and t-shirts.
• Sponsor Shirts and T-Shirts
Same as above, but for Billfish Tournament Sponsors.
Golf Tournament Forms
• Participant Registration
Use this form to register your Golf Tournament team members and pay for additional players. Remember, you get two free entries with your tournament registration, and if you can't make a foursome we'll team you up at the event.
• Sponsor Registration
Same as above, but for Billfish Tournament Sponsors. |
