Bay Point Marina
Bay Point Marina Improvements
When the St. Joe Company purchased the Bay Point Marina, they contracted Coastal Marina Management (CMM), the same company that was managing the Port St. Joe Marina for them, to handle day-to-day operations and marina inprovements. St. Joe tasked CMM with the goal of providing the best marina facilities and services in the Gulf, both during the tournament and throughout the year.

CMM has taken two majors steps towards that goal. The first was to order supplemental diesel generators, similar to the ones you see at major boat shows, to support the marina's electrical service during the tournament. The second was to start the process of applying for the necessary permits to dredge the basin and entrance channel.

We'll keep you updated on both of these projects through future eNewsletters. If you have other suggestions or comments please email our Marina Manager, Steve Arndt, at steve@coastalmarinamgt.com.
